I work in an Italian restaurant, and out of all the dessert we serve my favorite is Tiramisu. It might be the espresso, or the rum or the light and fluffy Mascarpone cheese custard...whatever it is, this dessert is on my top 10 favorite. So I made some Tiramisu cupcakes and they were a hit.
