Today was my first day at the gym. I left Leo all showered and ready for bed and went with my sister. The gym is like 2 blocks away. I was so excited to finally get some time to myself and just let out all the stress. I've been so tense and stressed lately. I missed that burn in my muscles. It just felt good to do something for myself for once. I dont want a supermodel body, just to regain some of my energy, boost my self-esteem let out some stress and be a little more healthy, and lose a few pounds in the process. I weigh....139 lbs right now which is 19 pounds over my pre-baby body. I cant even guess my own size when I'm shopping for clothes anymore, I get all depressed and give up. Anyway, I spent some time fixing a workout playlist to put in my mom's ipod since i left mine back home in Argentina. Here is what I have til now, I still need to fix it up according to my routine, but I'm still working on that with the trainer for the next 3 days. I have 30 songs til now and just play them randomly. Here are a few of them:
