I found "Touch Wood for Luck" while browsing around Etsy. I thought It was an excelent idea.
I asked Jan to tell a little about how they came up with it. Here is what she wrote:

The idea for Touch Wood came to us during a long drive across Australia, when we realized how many times we all seem to say "touch wood" or “knock on wood” when we’re looking for an extra bit of luck, or not wanting to jinx something. However, when you look around for some wood to touch, or knock on, there's none in sight! And have you noticed how little wood there is inside a motor vehicle?

It was after that trip that we set about creating products for all those difficult situations when there never seems to be any wood around, and Touch Wood For Luck was born.

Although I come from Melbourne, Australia, the southern state of Tasmania, produces some of the most wonderful timbers in the world, and our mission has been to create these wooden products using these timbers, but by using mainly offcuts, ensuring that a valuable forest resource is utilized and not wasted. We are proud of our environmentally friendly approach.
